ra3 origin ultimate collection

Please remove C&C: Online you have currently installed and replace it with the installer for RA3, TW and KW provided by PM since these games are part of the Ultimate Collection.

Hopefully that will solve it, else we'll have to look further for other options.

 

I'm not sure if the mentioned Launcher fix(though, the download links appears to be broken for the moment) will solve this, I can't test this method since I don't own the Ultimate Collection. :c

In the origin version of Command and Conquer the Ultimate Collection, whenever i try logging in i get the message "could not connect to backend server". I have hooked my game, checked my firewall and messed around with my settings. I can't seem to find a solution. I have Windows 10 64-bit.error log.png

Usually this happens when the game tried to connect to the official server.

Can you please verify you’ve followed these steps accordingly.

After installing C&C: Online, please hook the game first.
Then close the launcher and start Red Alert 3 or other game you wanted to play.
You should then see C&C: Online launcher instead, then click on the button of the game you wanted to play to the left.

That should do it, else I'll PM you a different solution.

I have completed those steps and I still can not log in.
