Hello,
I play with friend BFME 1, and would like to try a mod. but it seem impossible to play with a mod on T3A server ?

It is possible.
Start the launcher, go to the hook menu and hook bfme1.
Close the launcher, start the mod with its shortcut. It should open the launcher and then you just start the game from there.
