I try to install the GCN launcher. then try to connect to server but still cannot. please help. Thanks in advance.

Can you please verify you’ve followed these steps accordingly.
After installing C&C: Online, please hook the game first.
Then close the launcher and start Red Alert 3 or other game you wanted to play.
You should then see C&C: Online launcher instead, then click on the button of the game you wanted to play to the left.
