Zerohour installation not found!

Best Answer Guest_protoman1008_* , 11 February 2018 - 02:14 PM

Please use Gentool instead.

C&C: Online is only for Red Alert 3, Tiberium Wars and Kane's Wrath.

I've just purchased the C&C complete edition on origin, downloaded CnC online Revora launcher..etc

but I cant launch the game using that launcher, it gives me ''Zerohour installation not found'' error.

any suggestions!!

note:1. I've also read an old topic on this site discussing the same problem but it didn't help me!!

2.The game's installed on (D)Drive where the Origin main folder is

3.Reinstalled the game on © Driver but that didn't make a difference.

I did use Gentool but that doesn't fix it.I'm just getting ''couldn't connect to C&C online...'' error

And for Red Alert 3 I created the ''ergc'' key then I hooked the game with the launcher cause when I start it directly from the launcher it gives me ''ssleay32 missing'' after that I was able to launch the game with launcher but when I hit that Log in button most of the times it says ''Couldn't connect to RA3...'' one time it says ''couldn't connect to the backend server'' and the last time i tried to log in it gives me ''a system error occurred contact customer support''

So in conclusion RA3 and Generals ZH are not working online.I have tried every single solution you guys had mentioned but that didn't solve the problems.

Thanks for you answers.

''a system error occurred contact customer support'' doesn't ring a bell to me, never seen or heard about that one before... o.o

I guess your best bet is to wait for ToxicShock to respond, I'll notify him about your post.

You should run the connection test in How to Report Issues and post the result in here so we can look at that.

Oh. The result of that test suggest that your provider blocks TCP port 6667, which these games need to connect online. It is surprising that you ever got online. Were you using a different connection when that happened?

Anyway, it is common to see that problem from players in your part of the world. I usually suggest that they use a VPN to connect (which will sidestep the use of that port). You can google for one in your local area (closer to you is usually best). Here are some that have worked well for other people:

surfeasy.com
privatetunnel.com
securitykiss.com
