Every time I try and login it says that account is already been used

I've just checked things.
I assume you have used illegal characters in your Online ID.
Using spaces in the Online ID may cause conflicts.
Can you please try a different name without the use of Spaces.
Such as "Joseph-Swain", if using "Joseph Swain" it could bug the entire login name as result.
