Im download a C&C Online and launch RA3, log in with C&C Online login, but i see this error. Please help.

Can you please verify you’ve followed these steps accordingly.
After installing C&C: Online, please hook the game first.
Then close the launcher and start Red Alert 3 or other game you wanted to play.
You should then see C&C: Online launcher instead, then click on the button of the game you wanted to play to the left.
That should do it, else I'll PM you a different solution.

It did not help. The transaction timed out before receiving a response.
