I have done everything I could, VPNs, uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing has worked! I still get that same "Could not connect to Red Alert 3 Online" message! I have done all the steps correctly. I am running Windows 7.

I have sent you a PM with a solution which we're testing. If anyone else wants that solution to try, please make your own topic and post your error log.

If still having problems, please try the following:

Please could you open Windows PowerShell (type PowerShell at the start menu) and in the window type and enter

Test-NetConnection peerchat.server.cnc-online.net -port 6667

Then post the output in here.

I did the Windows Powershell thing and it said this:

The term 'Test-NetConnection' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Ch
eck the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.

+ Test-NetConnection <<<<  peerchat.server.cnc-online.net -port 6667
    + CategoryInfo          : ObjectNotFound: (Test-NetConnection:String) [], CommandNotFoundException

I see...

Guess Windows 7 has restrictions to test-netconnection parameters, I just checked this on a Windows 7 system. Turns out -port parameter isn't recognized...

But it does work without -port, but isn't what we need since we want to test the IRC port(6667) specifically.

Other alternatives are honestly a bit of a struggle getting that to work.

On the other hand, you did mentioned a VPN didn't solve it.

Which VPN(s) have you tried?

I have tried using securityKISS for a VPN, but sadly, it did not work.

Okay, I ran Steam as an admin, and it solved the problem, but now it says "Failed to connect to server. Make sure you have an internet connection." Even tho I am connected to the internet.
