Running RA3 on steam on windows 10 and after I've hooked it and start the game in steam, it takes me to the CNC online. Then I click on red alert 3 and the launcher freezes and doesn't load the game.

 

Tried running in admin mode, doesn't work. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything, doesn't work. The game doesn't launch even when it's unhooked so i literally cannot play the game unless i delete cnc
