I think it's just because there's no content. I remember looking at those pages pretty soon after they were available on the site & they looked the same as in your screenshot now.

I can only see the structure group when looking at the resources.
This is what i get when i look at the other groups.
Are the other groups bugged or is there simply no content in those groups? I have tried looking at them with different browsers but i get the same result. I apologize if this is already a known issue but i looked through the MO site and then this forum but the look at the pinned threads or forum search yielded no answer.

I did, also same result as stated above. I thought my browser was just incompatible
