I've figured out the issue! This is what worked for me. I use the Private Tunnel VPN (http://bit.ly/2FErNCY) and set it to Frankfurt, Germany. I then picked the IP given by Private Tunnel in game and now I have a much better connection. Hope this helps!

Hello,

I have been playing Command & Conquer for roughly 5 years now, and I absolutely love the game series. I recently discovered C&C Online again, after trying it previously and having no success. I was excited to hear that I could play online with other players and not on my own or on the network with another family member which don't get me wrong, is fun, but after a while you start to become a bit bored.

The issue I'm having is that every time I log on, all of the games are on very low ping and I can usually join the game lobbies, but I can't connect to the game 9 times out of 10. After joining, and after readying up, I am usually greeted with the same message every time - "p# no conn"

I have tried port forwarding and got no success, because the guides that I could find usually weren't very clear. I am using Steam (after trying the Ultimate Collection on Origin I purchased Kane's Wrath and Tiberium Wars on steam) and Windows 10. I live in the UK. I have run the NAT Neg Test and here are the results that came back:

NAT Neg Test Results:

NAT negotiation works with your router and connection.
==> You do not have to use port forwarding.
Press any key to continue . . .

I don't understand, I have poor or no connection (no connection is the case most of the time), so why does it show success? This doesn't make sense to me.

I also posted the Log below:

I have posted the log file and the screenshots of the NAT Neg Test and the log file below if you'd like to look into them in more detail. If you need anything else feel free to ask - I would really like to connect and play with other players.

Thanks,
