It seems that Kirovs in Mental Omega lack much attack voice lines. The only attack voice lines they have are: "Target acquired!", and "Closing on target!" Then, they have a third attack voice line which uses its move voice line: "Maneuver props engaged". It is missing: "Bombing bays ready.", and "Bombardiers to your stations!"

Kirov Gunship would be a fun single player only unit for the period after Act 2. I picture it being used by survivors who basically scrapped crap together.

Update 3.3.4:
+ Added new defensive building for the Latin Confederation: "Kirov Tower"
+ Added new support power for the Latin Confederation: "Kirov Gunship"
* Summons a custom-built Kirov that makes passes over its target at supersonic speeds and shoots nuclear-incendiary-Tesla artillery shells at ground targets. When the Kirov Gunship is destroyed the full fury of the Confederation is unleashed, turning EVERY unit belonging to the LC player into undead Moraleses riding Syckles.
