I tried to log in again using my revora credential, but I got the same error again, unfortunately.
I can try with a different e-mail address if you like.

Its your email provider spam filters, dead sure about that. Is that perhaps Yahoo... Outlook? I can tell CNCO website works as it should, tested it with my own profile.

There was no change, unfortunately. I changed my mail on revora forums, activated the new one, waited wuite a bit (played a game in the meantime) and then tried to log on on cnc-online.
Dumb question: is there an issue with dashes in the e-mail address?

I'm sorry, still no change. I switched to another e-mail address without any dashes afterwards, but no change.
It keeps telling me "This account has not been activated yet. Please follow the activation link sent to you by e-mail.".
Is there another possibility to get an account? I'd love to play CnC in co-op again.

Alright. Please go and make a brand new account from the Web site (you have permission to do that). You will need to use a different email address (of course). Do you want me to remove the email from your existing account so you can use it again?
When it is activated, please post in here and we can deal with the account names (if you want to keep your existing name).

Hello. A friend of mine is attempting to register his account by the name of Chrinik (I created a new account by this name to doublecheck the registration process) but it has been quite a long time with no confirming email. Is this able to be done? I have all his information ready to provide for verification if need be.

I had to delete that account from the game server as it was malformed on there. I have activated his account on here. He should be able to post on here. Can you ask him to try to log into the C&C:Online web site using his credentials from here and then let me knows what happens. If he cannot log in, please could you ask him to make a new topic in here. It is going to be too much of a mess, I apprehend, to carry on in this topic.
