The game doesn't let me login online with it. It says that the Online ID is in use.

Does that mean it is already taken? or that I need to claim it?

 

I am hoping it just means I need to claim it. As that is my gamer tag in every game I play, and probably was my gamer tag before the EA server shutdown.

 

Let me know if you need me to do anything or provide any information.
