So after I installed Mental Omega and updated to the latest version, I fire up the map editor to go start creating a few maps. However, I am running into this problem:

When I check through all the lists, I am not seeing any sign of any of the MO objects, only the regular Red Alert 2 objects. I can upload the syringe file for MO if this helps any.

where did you install your MO ? I'm not 100% sure how this works but could it be that if you install MO in RA2's directory the map editor will take the assets from RA2 ?

Isn't that where the mod is supposed to go? Here's my file directory:

it would be better if you re-installed the mod in a separate folder away from vanilla, check the pinned Megathread about installing the mod separately, that will most likely fix your problem.

oh fyi, I am doing this on a laptop that does not have a lot of space on it. The screenshot was done on my deskop which does have a lot of space on it, hence the reason why I was able to create a copy of the game folder to put the mod in.

Sounds like the problem I had when I changed to windows 10. I had to uninstall MO, clear my registry, then reboot my computer before reinstalling MO and it's worked fine for me ever since.
