Game: Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars
Game version: Normal
Platform: Origin
OS: Windows 10, 64-bit
Issue
I guess this is a standard issue on the forum, but I haven't read any solutions. I just bought this game after I read that it is possible to play online again. It's possible to login to the server and I can see some lobbies in the list, but from all the lobbies I can see the ping icon is red. When I join a lobby, it sometimes connects to one of the players, but not all of them. A friend of mine also bought this game, and he has the same problem.
I already tried to allow the game into the firewall, but that didn't solve the issue. I haven't tried portforwarding yet, but the connectivity tool didn't recommend that. With my router it is not possible to disable the DMZ.
When I create a lobby myself, the ping icon is also red.
What do I have to do to connect to my friend?

NAT negotiation works with your router and connection.
