Red aler 3 connection problems

So i just bought tow version of red alert 3 from steam for me and my brother we wanted to play the co-op campaigns, but when ever one of us host and invite the other every thing goes perfectly fine in till we want to start and then we get this error message: Failed connection 1-2
so i don't know if any one can help me with this mach appreciated.

Okay extra info i have windows 10.
the red aler version i used is patch 1.12.
The error log is as follow:

I cant even get it to go online let alone play co op with anyone i really need help and i have the game disc and it was new i paid a lot for it and hope i just didnt waste my money on something i cant use online anymore i heard c&c was back online if anyone see's this and knows what i am doing wrong please help!

@lastwhisper300 That is a common problem (and always has been) when to players try to play co-op from the same internet connection. You need to trick one of the games into thinking it has a different external IP address to the other game by one of you (not both) using a VPN. You should be able to find a free VPN easily but some are better than others so you might have to try a few. Google for one in your local area.
