So I'm trying to launch C&C3 online, however I get an error message "Unable to Launch C&C3"

The platform I use is Steam, I'm also running Win10 - with compatability on the game set to XP Service Pack 3 

So, the steps I follow are: Launch from Steam > The CnC Online launcher pops up, I click CnC3 and then I receive the error message. 

Any help would be appreciated.

You can set Compatibility to Win 7 for Tiberium Wars but the most important thing is to set "Run as administrator" (you can do that from the compatibility tab on the shortcut too).    The log shows that that is the reason the game did not launch.
