I have Red Alert 3 on Steam and I try to launch it through the C&C launcher, the game is hooked.

 

I originally was getting the "CA public Key" error so I put the launcher and the game into Windows XP compatibility mode and that solved that problem.

 

But now when I launch the game, it pops up for a few second then disappears and nothing happens.

 

I play on Windows 10
