I have Red Alert 3 on steam and have windows 10.

I have no issues logging into my account.

When I try to join an online match with my bro, it says the following and refuses to load the match.

"Connections are in progress, or connection problem detected. Please wait for the connection to finish, or kick the player who has the connection problem. Connection in progress: 1 - 2."

When I run the test connection program given in the forums, I receive this output.

===================

SUCCESS

===================

Received 3 pings from nntest.cnc-online.net:40000.

NAT negotiation works with your router and connection.

That is a common problem (and always has been) with RA3 co-op played from the same internet connection. You need to trick one of the games into thinking it has a different external IP address to the other game by one of you (not both) using a VPN. You should be able to find a free VPN easily but some are better than others so you might have to try a few. Google for one in your local area.

See this post for some options.

@Ferry  please could you make your own topic, run the connection test in How to Report Issues and post the result in there.   I will try to help you from there.
