how can i delete my account and start it over again
or at least how can remove/ delete my profiles?

You can set them as inactive from the C&C:Online web site. They will not be deleted, as such, and you can activate them again later. This tells you all about it; C&C:Online User Guide.

Sorry, you can't do that. We never delete accounts, as such (we only ever deactivate them and that is rare), and creating a new account is also against the forum rules.
