well, I read every single forum how to do this, even rules too. But I still don't get it.
I have done C&C setup, my server account and installed C&C Online but I still can't claim it.
Can anyone help me?

What do you mean claim it? Presumably you mean a nick name? If it is not owned by somebody else already, the name becomes yours when you first log in with it.
