Hey Commanders,
Recently we figured with help of other kind users there appears to be issues regarding the Lobbies.
I've recently checked the issue in Red Alert 3 for confirmation, turned out there are indeed server side problems.
Edit: The issues appears to be Red Alert 3 specific, other games may not be affected.
Edit2: The issue has been solved. You should be able to log in and see lobbies again. 
The Admins has been informed about the issue, please wait until the issue has been resolved.
