Hello. M new here. I installed C&C generals zerohour and gentool to play online. But its giving me an error.
I've put the correct credentials but still getting error.
ERROR: "could not connect to C&C generals zerohour online"
I've attached the diagonostic tool result and I've also forwarded the port. My english is bad so kindly tell me if there is an issue and how i can solve that issue.

I did see a tab called Mobile Wifi open, I assume it's an MiFi router with an internet Subscription Sim Card?
Do you have such issue with other games as well or just Generals?

ye you are right. its a zong 4g wifi device. I often get this kind of errors with other games too.

I don't think it's an issue with the MiFi router in that case.
It's possible the provider might be blocking it, I know this is an common issue with MiFi routers sadly mainly due to possible limitations regarding online gaming.
Not sure how big the Internet subscription is, you may have to contact the provider about this in the hope they can flip the switch allowing you to play PC games online.
