today I just had my first experience on mental omega but I'm wondering if I can increase FPS cap from 30 by default its feel like its lagging every time I try to move the camera in game and move my units

I'm used to other newer RTS game where I get 60+ FPS and I can't get used to this one yet

its not my CPU problem as its already overpowered to early 2000's game (i5-8400 2.80GHz 8GB ram)

I would be appreciated for every answer

As a side note, Gamespeed is an FPS cap in Red Alert 2 engine. Can't get more than 30 FPS in campaign. Gamespeed 6 is with no absolute FPS cap (or 60, if you're playing multiplayer)

TSD Draw doubled the FPS cap in skirmish to 60 but only help slightly in campaign (still at 30 cap but noticeable smoother)

for the game speed option I prefer 4 as I'm still new to the mod and I'm having a hard time catching up hard bot on micro and macro in skirmish

for others that got the similar problem and still didn't get fixed by changing that renderer.

I have 2 friends playing MO. one of them has lag on borderless windowed mode but on fullscreen mode, it runs smoothly. another one got an opposite situation, has lag on fullscreen but not on borderless. still don't know what causes this issue but you could try to switch between those two together with renderers I mentioned.

I told you before, the Campaign is capped to speed 4, which is 30 FPS. What you experienced is probably 10-20 FPS (There's a key to show FPS, look on keyboard config). Things like Firewalking and Juggernaut can do that

In RA2 I can increase campaign speed.

That's impossible to do outside third party program. Also, it might mess up triggers if you do that

Thats not true.

All I needed was createshortcut and then add "-gamespeed" at the end of target field. It doesnt miss triggers that much. It only cut off Zofia in middle of her talking xD
