• Antiviruses are disabled, 360 total security removed
• The launch was conducted on behalf of the Administrator
• Operating System - Windows 7
• Steam version Red Alert 3

 No error message. When I click "Red Alert 3" in the C&C online client, the splash screen comes on and then after a couple of seconds stops and nothing happens. A couple of times reinstalled the game and many times reinstalled the launcher. When I try to run through a Steam-bound game, for a few moments the status shows that the game is running, but in the end the game does not start.
