Odd Funk and AoI without doubt are the most memorable non-Foehn ost's in the mod.
Act on Instinct and its remixes are the most memorable soundtracks in the whole CnC franchise.

Soviet soundtrack is very reminiscent of RA2. Allied soundtrack is a step away from that heavy metal sound but still fits incredibly well. All the faction soundtracks in MO are very consistent.
I like Mechanical Man & Strange from the Allies.
...and Magnafried & Warfare from the Soviets.
Frank is a genius and whomever curated the Mental Omega soundtrack deserves many moneys and womens.
