I bought a game from Origin and I couldn't play on C&C online. Do I need to buy a new one from steam?

 

Everytime that I've tried to log in online, My game seems to shut down by itself and send me back to the desktop.

sorry that I didn't do it correctly

 

I'm playing on window10 education

 

I'm still trying to log on and play online but, suddenly it's shut down the game by itself and send me to desktop
