Hello,

 

I'm trying to login to Revora (cnc-online.net) using the same credentials as I use for this forum.

I get "The username or password supplied is not valid" on the Login screen after my attempts.

I have signed in and out of the forums just fine, and have changed my password on the forums with no issue. But I am still unable to login to Revora.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Errrm. There is already a player named Drago in the database (that's the problem). The account of that player no longer exists on the forums (he probably didn't validate the account after he made it). That is a fault that no longer arises but it has left some problem cases behind. I am going to rename that account as it has not been used since 2015.

Please could you try to log in again. That should create a new account for you on the server database.

You don't seem to have the same underlying problem.    Your account is present on the database with the same information you have here.     What happens when you try to log in?    What game are you trying to play?

I'm trying to play Red Alert 3. When I try logging in, 1 of 3 messages would come up:

 

- Invalid Password

- Specified account doesn't exist

- ID already exists, try another.

 

I'm sure I've tried every possible combination of email, password, and ID, checked and rechecked... but still couldn't :-(

Ah!   Are you able to read this topic; Red Alert 3 / Alarmstufe Rot 3 Registry is corrupt and has been altered / Registrierung wurde beschädigt und wurde verändert?

It is in English and German with a bit of Dutch. No Hungarian yet.
