I don't know exactly which requirements are needed to do:

One squad of A OR two squads of B

I know the limit of squad cap but which is the exclusive condition for squads, if any?

A little more complicated, could it be possible?

One squad of A OR two squads of {B,C,...N}

either you make the A squad or you can make two squads as a combination from the set {B,C,...N}

One squad of A OR two squads of B...

You mean XOR, right?

As in: If you get One A squad, the B will be disabled. Now, if you get One B squad, the A will be disabled and you will still be able to get a 2nd B squad..

Is this what you want brother Roderick? Or I misunderstood?

If so it could be done I suppose - you will have set different cumulative squad requirements in the two squads.

The A, must have cumulative of 1 with the B.

The B, must have cumulative of 2 with the A.

I have not tried it, though.

But did I get your question? :p

Yes, exactly. Is this a XOR rather than a OR?

I thought it had been done before but maybe I was confused. Instead of a hard choice with a previous enabling research, it is a reversible choice, able to always choose between A or B whenever nothing is on the field. In terms of balance, one A squad would be equivalent to two squads of B.

Yes, XOR. You want to get EITHER the A squad, (exclusively) OR two B squads.

A simple OR, would allow both :p

So, did you try my method?

If so it could be done I suppose - you will have set different cumulative squad requirements in the two squads.

The A, must have cumulative of 1 with the B.

The B, must have cumulative of 2 with the A.

I have not tried it, though.

... But I am afraid it will not work. Because if you get one B squad, the A may still be available.

If that is the case, also ADD in A squad requirements the required_squad , with min_count 0 and squad_name the B.
