I have just answered you in Tech Support on gamereplays. Let's pick this up from here. Looking at your internet connection, it ought to support this service so I would look at the Online IP address as I said on gamereplays.
In any case, check that your Online IP address in Options is an address on your local net work (it should start 10 or 192.168). If it does not, a Hamachi driver or something like that may have hijacked your connection. If there is something else in there, clear it or select a different address.
E: I have had a number of similar reports from people using different internet providers over this weekend so I have restarted the underlying server as I think there may be a problem there. Could you just check again and see if anything changed.
