Hmmmm.   OK, can you try to log in and then post in here immediately afterwards so I can trace that in the server log.     I have to say, many people from your part of the world have cured all of their problems by using a VPN.     That is something we can try when we have eliminated other solutions.

If using a VPN, I'd suggest to double check the Network Settings in-game.

Make sure that is set to the VPN's to avoid the game trying to use your local network instead of the VPN.

This is something I had to do with Windscribe VPN before the Game finally stopped giving me the finger. :p

There is no trace of you at all in the log from yesterday, suggesting a major connection failure at your end (usually some services connect, even if the main connection fails).  It could be a firewall issue or Gentools failed to patch the game.     Do you have an exception for ZH in Windows Firewall?    Can you try switching it off temporarily?

I have tried turning off firewall and didn't work. BTW it worked by Windscribe VPN , I could login but I need portforwarding to be able to connect to other players  so using windscibe vpn doesn't help much. :)

I think the problem is from my internet provider . the only reason I was doubtful about this, is that other ppl reported the same problem in the same period of time so I was thinking there should be a problem with servers etc... but I guess not.

anyways....thx for your help sir.

Not sure if Port Forwarding will fix that, though it's a try worth I guess.

The ports you'll have to open are as follows, though I can't say or confirm it to be the fix.

TCP:
80
6667
28910
29900
29920

UDP:
4321
27900

If you need to know how to do port forwarding, this guide should help out if you're new to it. c:

It's btw explained in Screenshots what you have to do to Port Forward.

First you have to know what the manufacturer(As example TP-Link) is, then the model number. It should all be on a sticker on your router at the bottom.

Sometimes it's even a Media Box from your provider.

All you need is the Gateway IP(Router's IP), you can figure that out by doing as follows:

Windows key + R, then type in CMD and click on OK.

In there, type in ipconfig. The gateway and your computer's local IP(IPv4 Address) number are listed there.

Scroll up until you see "Ethernet Adapter" if using a Wired Connection. For Wireless there should be something like "Wireless Lan Adapter".

You'll need the Computer's IP in order to forward ports correctly, else it might forward to the wrong computer or other mobile device.

All you have to do is type in the Gateway Address in your browser(Example in Google Chrome), log into the router. Usually it's Username: Admin and Password: Admin. In other words, something like that as default setting.

If logged in, there should be port forwarding or something like that somewhere in the Advanced Network Settings. Something like this(in my case).

hi,

Would you give me your idea on this? i'm getting MAD!

this problem is from either :

1.PC:

       _documents:like options.ini file

_installed things that are making trouble (like windows updates)

       _firewall

       _internet options (like vpn,ports etc)

_the game itself(game can't connect to internet)

       _windows 10

2.MY ROUTER

3.GAME SERVERS

4.MY ISP(my internet)

and here we go:

_documents: cant be because I deleted every document like options.ini , gentool folder etc and nothing worked

_installed software:cant be. because I restored my pc and also reinstalled my windows 10

_firewall: cant be I turned off the firewalls still didnt work

_internet options:not sure about this one however if u reinstall windows all options and drivers should get reset, right?

_game itself:can't be because it worked before also the notification about world series shows up, so it means my game can connect to internet(also proves that it's not firewall problem) also ingame options cant be the problem since I tested them all

_windows 10 : can't be because I reinstalled it and the game worked before on windows 10

_modem:can't be because I used my old router , still the same thing . also reset my modem, and nothing changed .

_game severs: not sure but imo game servers can't be the problem because if it was, it should not have worked for other ppl

_my ISP: can't be because if it was my ISP for example blocking ports etc...then it would work with vpn

VPN doesn't make it work. only windscribe vpn and I understood the reason. when you turn on winderscribe it makes a dial-up connection ( it can be seen in internet options in control panel ) while others like hotspot shield etc don't

so it seems it's the dial up which actually works not my own internet

LOL

Windscribe shouldn't make a dial up connection.  :S

Can you turn on Windscribe, open a command prompt and type IPCONFIG. Post the output in here.
