New Guy - Kane's Wrath Bad Connection

I have read the previous posts and logged on correctly through steam.  But, I'm having a bad connection every time I get into the lobby to join or create a game.  I have AVAST and added https://cnc-online.net to the exception list.  I'm out of ideas...

 

Can you help?

Please could you run the connection test in How to Report Issues and post the result in here.

I say that on the assumption that you can get into the game lobby but not connect with other players to play a game?

Well, that ought to be working.    :smile2ap:

 

If you can connect occasionally, it may just be a quality of service issue.   You should try to use a wired connection and eliminate electrical noise from the leads going into your modem from the street.

 

Otherwise, I think you may need to set your computer as the DMZ.  You do that from your modem and you will need to google your modem to find out how to do that.    If you cannot do that for any reason, you may have to use a VPN.
