Seems like Players from Germany Russia and Turkye and other Countrys have Problems to get any Connection to other Players!

I had Connection to like 3 players today and thats it.

If i try Windscribt the Game instantly gets out into Start Menu, why we have to Fix everytime some new bullshit? Before the new Patches and stuff came out the Game was allright and worked, an Guy in the Game told me that he had to Reboot his IP Adress like 6 - 7 Times so the Game could finally start working as it should be...will try to reboot my IP like 10 Times and see what happens.

Regards.

Have you also checked the game's using the correct Local IP.

When it comes to Windscribe I had to set the VPN's IP in the game's Network settings.

Any change after that?

If you don't mind paying, CyberGhost VPN should be able to solve all your problems. Plus there is one day free trial, so you can check if it works for you. Just pick Netherlands server.

I have been able to solve this issue with few other VPNs as well, some free (SecurityKiss, Betternet), some paid (PrivateTunnel). Among all of them, CyberGhost has proven to be the best, since others either lagged, or could not always establish connection but in like 80% of cases, or connection dropped frequently (you just DC) etc. CyberGhost establishes connection immediately, no lag, no DC. Only downside, 3 year subscription is about 99 USD.

On a side note, it's funny. I started playing on the revora server in eary 2015 I think, and had been playing for a year and a half I think without any issues. Then, one day I could not establish connection to anyone and had to use a VPN to circumvent it. However, after roughly half a year of using a VPN I could establish connection normally again, without a VPN. Then I had been playing normally again, until a month ago. On that night, I played 4-5 games normally, then at 6th game connection would not establish again. Neither would it establish the next day, or day after tomorrow. So VPN again.

I know that it does help OP, but Windscribe works for me.

MasterJohn, are you by any chance a customer of Unitymedia?

I meant in the game, go to options then Network tab.
In there, there should be an IP Address option I think. Set that to the VPN's IP. With Windscribe it should be something like 10.x.x.x.
Can't check since I'm on my phone atm.

Ok, so you probably also have DSL-Lite and no Ipv4-Adress (same as me).

Without a VPN, i can log into the multiplayer, join games, but i don't get any connection to other players in-game.

With Windscribe i am able to get a connection.

I am just guessing here, but if you are not able to connect to the online server at all, i assume that you either did not setup cnc-online correctly or that something else is interfering with it (antivirus maybe?).

Can you log into MP WITHOUT using Windscribe?

Did you get a message to choose the kind of network AFTER activating Windscribe (e.g. Home Network, Public Network etc.)?

I doubt that resetting the router does anything at all, but you can try it. Removing the power for a few seconds should be enough, you don't need to do a hard reset.
