cant connect to online

Hi ,started having a problem on command and conquer 3, the game loads up ,but when i go to go online it just freezes and says cannot connect to online servers check internet connection. im on windows 10. i have found this error log

Hmmm... Looks like the Launcher did do it's thing perfectly fine.

 

Can you please check if there's any firewall blockades regarding Tiberium Wars.

 

Also check in the Game's Network Settings that it's set to your Local IP. Hopefully that'll make a difference.

Hi and thanks for the response , yes firewall seems fine and checked local ip and that is all good also.not sure what else to try as ive ,unistalled c and c and reinstalled but that didnt work either.

What you also could try is an VPN Server. Usually VPNs gets around certain blockades.

 

There are a few free ones like Windscribe, they offer 10 GB monthly for free.

 

Make sure that in the game's network options is set to the VPN's IP to avoid possible connectivity issues.

 

 

Let us know if this has solved the issue.

I would try resetting your modem (power it off for 5 minutes).   You and I probably have the same make and model of modem.
