Hi I can not connect to cnc zh online it says connecting then after awhile it says unable to establish a connection. Any solutions? Windows XP professional Origin.

Could you go to Options, Online IP address and tell me what that says?
You could also unzip the attached zip file and put all of the extracted files into a new directory (don't run from the zip file itself) then run portqueryui.exe. Then put
peerchat.server.cnc-online.net
in the destination IP then select the "manually input query ports" radio button and add 6667 to the ports list. Then copy and paste all of the out put and post here. That might tell us something.
If it is not a problem with something (like a Hamachi driver) hijacking the OnlineIP, then this is an odd fault.

OK, I think you are going to need to run the port test. I know for a fact that your provider supports all of the necessary services so I wonder whether there is something off in the configuration of your modem. Can you reset that? You could try powering it off for 5 minutes.
You do have Gentool installed correctly, right?

I do have Gentool installed correctly also I should disconnect from my pc and connect again?

I suggest resetting your modem first. If that does not help, you should run the port test.
