I finally got it to work. My problem was that I had selected wrong IP under Options->network->online ip. I changed it to my local IP.

Can't connect to online gaming inside the game. I have tried all possible usernames as Server Login Name. I have searched the forum without finding any solution for my problem.
OS: Windows 10
Test-NetConnection peerchat.server.cnc-online.net -port 6667
ComputerName : peerchat.server.cnc-online.net
RemoteAddress : 185.17.144.132
RemotePort : 6667
InterfaceAlias : Ethernet
SourceAddress : 192.168.0.101
TcpTestSucceeded : True
