missing ssleay32.dll files for RA3

Hi

Everytime I attempt to play RA3 it tells me i am missing ssleay32.dll files. I saw a post that someone might have a fix for it.

I am using the ultimate collection copy through origin and running a windows 10 home edition

Please make sure the game was hooked correctly. You can find more about this at Gamereplays.

Also, make sure you have bibber's fixed launchers installed to prevent errors while attempting to join a lobby.
