A report of Maphack in a game played in Zero Hour has been made against -MiSeRy^ (Revora Member NunyaBusiness) and the adjudicator has found the report to be valid.

The report and the decision may be found on gamereplays here: -MiSeRy^ - Maphack.
I give -MiSeRy^ three clear days to explain himself. If I do not hear from him within that time, the report will be confirmed and a sanction may be imposed. The explanation and any mitigation may be given here or in the report topic on gamereplays.

No explanations were given, therefore this is confirmed.

-MiSeRy^ (aka monkeycid, hiver and a number of other account names) has not provided an explanation and Peralva has confirmed the report accordingly.

Using third party software to cheat in Zero Hour warrants a most severe penalty and the section staff and I have agreed that a first offence conviction for maphack should carry a standard penalty of a 28 day suspension of access to C&C:Online. It must be understood that a subsequent conviction is likely to carry a much more severe penalty and may very well extend to a permanent ban.

Access to C&C:Online suspended until after 7 December 2018.

I am going to give -MiSeRy^ the benefit of the doubt and simply disable the duplicate accounts we have found without further penalty on this occasion.

I do not have any reason to believe that -MiSeRy^ is a gamereplays member. Should it transpire that he is member or should he subsequently become a member, he is due a 28 days suspension from the site for this first offence Map Hack conviction. As the site rules presently stand, any further conviction will almost certainly result in a permanent ban from the site.
