I bought RedAlert 2 YR from origin.com and my "gamemd.exe" file are in 1.0.1.1 version and I get plenty of weird errors when trying to play. Is there any way to use Omega with origins game or downgrade gamemd.exe?

1.0.1.1 in the flile properties is in actuality 1.0.0.1. Did you install it using a safe way of creating entirely new folder or do you just copy the mod into the YR folder?

Ah, that explains almost everything. I tried one more time - very carefully did every step and it works Thank you for clarification that 1.0.1.1 is actualy 1.0.0.1.

Did you encounter any issues such as a black screen when you launched the game?   I bought it from Origin too, and I figured out what you guys mean 1001 and 1011, but I still cannot play it cause I keep getting black screen.

Try and see if changing the game renderer fixes it. DDrawCompat is one of the most popular one

I use Yuri from origin, i think if i remember correctly i had to do an extra step that involved some dll when installing the mod.

I get no bugs at all
