You need to follow the format for error reports, read one of the pinned posts, you wont get an answer otherwise. Read the "Common problems - Read first" post as well

Game Version: Steam

Error: When Trying to launch Red Alert 3 through the C&C Online Launcher I get the error message "CA Public Key Patching routine failed." I read your "Read before posting" and I could see you suggested Windows XP Compatability on the launcher, so I tried XP service Pack 2 and Service Pack 3, but both result in the same errors.

OS Version: Windows 10
