I need to figure out this
Try following step by step.
Run C&C Online program;
Click on "Hook" tab in top of window;
Click on "Kane's Wrath";
Close C&C Online program;
Run the game from your Steam Library;
Click on "Kane's Wrath" once the C&C Online program pops up.
Does it work?
