Cannot login to C&C:Online

OK, I got to the bottom of this.    The GreenCavy on the game server is not the same member as the GreenCavy on here.     Your original account on here must have been removed because you failed to validate it.   It is that removed account attached to the account on the game server and not the account you are currently using.

 

Watch this space until I figure out the best way to fix this.

E: I also sent you an email with your new password but if you want to speak to me directly, the C&C:Online Discord is probably the best.    I am @Toxic#9600

Hello. I have problems with logging in C&C:Online using my password/nickname from Revora Forums.

 

I can freely log in on forum or change my password, and I tried to change it a couple of times and it still doesn't work on another site, usage of password suitable for the forums shows "The username or password supplied is not valid.". 

 

My nickname is GreenCavy, and I used this account on C&C:Online around 2 years before to play (it was working and logging in without problems back then), and there is a record of my account in "Profiles" on the site. Please, help me with this.

P.S. sorry, if I written something wrong, english isn't my native language

- Upon login, the game says: "The specified account or sub-account wasn't found".
SolutionMake sure you have set up a Server Login and that you're using the right information to log in (you can check under My Account on the website).

 

  • For Generals, Zero Hour and Red Alert 3, your account name is the E-mail Address you used to register.
  • For C&C3 and Kane's Wrath, your account name is the Server Login name displayed under My Account on the website.

that's the problem, I can't log in on the website, despite the fact that i can log in on Revora Forums

OK, that is a weird problem.

 

Do you mind if I try to log into your account on the web site.     To do that, I will need to change your password on here.    I will inform you of the new password afterwards.    Is that alright with you?
