Big problem with the registration of statistics. For example yesterday play four matches with the result 2/2 but only 2 losses up on my persona. It's very distrubing!

The ordinary (unranked) statistic do not work correctly in Zero Hour. That is due to a fault with the core server which we have been unable to trace. The ladder statistics, which work differently, do however work reliably.

The way wins and losses work is something like this:
If you host a game, doesn't matter what kind of game it is, or what map it is on(so long as the map is official/ReLaX/[NMC]), and you win that game; This will add 1 win to your persona, but if you log out after receiving that win, it will be erased. If you go on to play a second game(which you also hosted), and you win that one, then the first win is permanent, if you lose the game, there is a 50/50 chance the win will be erased.
If you join a game, whether you win or lose the game you've joined, there seems to be an 80% chance that only your losses will count; About 1 in 3 or 4 wins count, unless they are consecutive, from games you've joined.

You shouldn't use the C&C:Online launcher to launch Generals or Zero Hour. If you are playing only those games, you should unhook and uninstall the C&C:Online launcher and install GenTool. When you have done that, you just launch the game from its ordinary shortcut. If you are using the Ultimate Collection, you should install this first; C&C Ultimate Collection Launchers.
