KW Online Access issue

I'm using the normal steam version (version 1.02), the game work fine until I click online, the game will freeze up for about 3-4 minutes and eventually it will come to the screen of "Cannot Connect unable to establish a connection with Kane's wrath servers, please check you inter connection.

 

Closing the firewalls does not solve the issue.

 

Operating system: Windows 10

I tried the NAT tool, it said:

Toxic, please help!

It looks like your game patched correctly so I am going to assume that this is a networking issue. Can you check that the IP address shown in Options->Settings->Network is an address on the network you use to connect to the internet (probably 192.168 or 10. something). If there is more than one address, select the other one.

 

It might save time after that if you try to connect and then post in here immediately afterwards, in case I need to check whether the server log shows anything.

In network settings in game I got only 1 address which I cannot change.
So there is nothing you can do about it?

Is that an address beginning 192 or 10, or is it an address beginning 25 or is it something else entirely?

It's a bit surprising that you cannot make the initial connection.      Can you try disabling Windows Firewall temporarily?     Do you have any other internet security running that might be blocking you.      If you cannot make that connection, it does not bode well for making connections with other players unless we try a VPN.
