I'v been trying to update the game, but it wont let it update, it keeps say "could not connect". Because it wont let me play online until it updates.

Is this a disk version of the game?    The automatic update server is down so you will have to install the update manually.    

 

You can get the official patch 1.02 from here; http://www.cnclabs.c...c3/patches.aspx

 

You will need to close your game and you may need to run the installer "as administrator".
