hey guys i download game Command And Conquer Tiberium Wars Complete Edition RAF when i go in game i feel have lag i tried change setting to high or low and also i add game in Nvidia Control panel and windows with high performance

i check task manager and saw game is not runnig with my GPU 

i have Pc with Cpu:i5 6600K Ram: 16GB 2800 VGA: 1080Ti

can someone help me?

I don't have any ideas.    Do other games use the GPU?    If not, it might be a BIOS setting (where you can select between the graphics card and the on-chip GPU).    Apart from that, I don't know.
