I have my red alert 3 on steam.

every time i go in to a game lobby, it can't start. And the lobby leader always tell me to rejoin or re login because they say that i have no connection.

I dont really know where it tells me the results or anything like that, because im just a teen :/

Run the test in accordance with the instructions and you will see the results (you can't miss them). One would have thought that teens would have been better at this than anyone else.

Those are the results and your connection and modem are capable of supporting RA3.

Do you have any firewalls installed and is there an exception for RA3 in Windows Firewall?

idk if i have any firewalls installed, but my windows firewall is on

Can you check that there is an exception for RA3.   Installing the game should create one but might not if you had an abnormal install.

My firewall allowed RA3 with private and public networks, and idk what a modern is

also i have no firewalls installed

When i open up C&C online, there is a error, i just say ignore to all of it, first it "could not write value debugger to key", then the same thing again and again for like 3-7 times. I have windows 8 btw

If you had that error, how did you get online at all?

idk, it just let me online...

but won't start the game, i even chatted with some of the people
