I have looked for tutorials  and nothing has seemed to help me get past this:/

Upon loading up either C&C:3  and C&C: Kanes Wrath Online the game will freeze and then after a minute to 3 minutes will crash or load and say: "Unable to establish a connection with command and conquer 3 severs. Please  check your internet connection" then proceed to the main menu won't even allow me access to the tab

all other aspects of the game work fine (I own a steam  version of the games)

also the game will not launch through C&C online

Just updating this now: had a look in the folder and  it said this:

just an update on the situation my C&C3 is now working  but Kanes Wrath has the same problem as before

I am having a similar issue in that I just downloaded the app and installed it, created my profile and all that good stuff. When I try to launch from the app launcher it begins launch and then crashed before reaching main menu. Additionally when running the game alone it gave me a direct x9 error so I validated my files and everything was fine, closed the cnc online app and relaunched and everythign was fine. Then launched the app and tried again but no dice. So I closed the game and tried to launch from the app again but still no dice, just won't launch it. 

 

No idea wtf I might be doing wrong. 

 

Could use a hand.
