RA3 Steam: Fails to Launch

Good morning,
   I'm having a failure to launch issue. Relevant data below:
I am attempting to launch Red Alert 3.
I purchased this on steam just 1 hour, 22 mins ago. The game launches and plays fine without the C&C:Online launcher.
I am encountering the "CA public key patching routine failed" when I click on Red Alert 3 in the launcher window. The launcher graphic also appears.
I am running Windows 10.
Error log:

Hi maybe this helps.


- When I launch my game using the C&C:Online launcher, I get the following error: "CA public key patching routine failed"
Solution: Try setting the launcher to Windows XP compatibility mode.

Good afternoon Edvin2090,

   I'm afraid that hasn't had any effect on the issue as far as I can see. I've also taken the time to try Vista just in case.

The issue remains the same in all cases. Launch window appears, error message pops up. Error log appears very much identical.

   The fix was entirely successful, though had a slight launch delay, which was perfectly reasonable.
