Good morning,
i having problem to launch Red Alert 3 steam version, 

I am encountering the "CA public key patching routine failed" when I click on Red Alert 3 in the launcher window. The launcher graphic also appears. 
i am running Windows 10.

- When I launch my game using the C&C:Online launcher, I get the following error: "CA public key patching routine failed"
Solution: Try setting the launcher to Windows XP compatibility mode.

Also set the launcher to run "as administrator". If that does not work, let us know and we can try something else.

I tried but it did not work.  issue persist.
